Studio Staff
We have a diverse team of artists — each member of this valued staff brings something unique to our studio.
Ron Hogan, artist and owner, brings to the company nearly 25 years of experience in stained and etched glass. He holds degrees in business and graphic design, and has studied with a number of glass artisans over the years. In 2001 he combined his business and artistic expertise and launched the studio, and has seen the business steadily grow ever since. His success is in no small part due to a highly talented and dedicated staff, the many contacts he has made through the years, and the exceptional work produced by the studio.
Terry Alexander, production manager, has over twenty years of professional experience in the field of stained glass painting and fabrication. Terry has studied with Albinus Elskus, John Neussbaum, and Kenneth Von Roenn, and attended many classes on drawing and design at Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts. Terry’s years of dedication have awarded him with a combination of creative ingenuity, enthusiasm, technical expertise, and great customer service.
Judson Portzer, glass painter and lead designer, is currently known for his traditional glass painting as well as illustration, calligraphy, portraiture, and heraldry. He attends classes and workshops with noted glass painters on a regular basis in an effort to constantly improve his approach to glass painting. Judson’s objective is to leave work behind that will inspire future generations, and the nature of stained glass makes it an ideal medium.
